As another reviewer wrote, this is one of the most important books I have ever read. Jared Taylor is one of the few voices of sanity in an utterly insane world. The book is meticulously documented, citing hundreds of news and journal articles, to make the case that, among other things, diversity is not a strength. It is not possible for any white person, who is not committed to white genocide, to read this book and disagree with Taylor. Occasionally, the writing is a bit stale and reads like a very long list of examples to prove his points, but this is also an effective way to make his points, as so many of the examples are mind-blowing. The last section of the last chapter is where Taylor sums it all up, so I will simply quote the first and last paragraphs of that and let any interested person read the book for him/herself to judge if he proved his case."This book will have been a success if at least a few readers have become open to the possibility that the following statements are true: People of all races generally prefer the company of people like themselves. Racial diversity is a source of conflict, not strength. Non-whites, especially blacks and Hispanics, nurture a strong sense of racial pride and solidarity. The truth that is spoken in this book is unmatched. Using cold hard facts that only the deaf or blind can ignore. If you can't come out from reading this book informed, you have chosen to close your mind off anyway so there is no reason to try to convince you of this truth.
The core of our identity is ethnicity and race. Our blood is our extended family. Respecting, cooperating with other races, is also compatible with a desire to associate within one's own racial group. The notion of white pride, identity and advocacy has been twisted an propagandized into terminology like white supremacy, While other racial groups do indeed pursue group interests and identify, whites in the current culture are essentially forbidden. It is high time that we European whites start to recognize our unique heritage and stand up for our interests. Wake up call, we are the minority on the globe and if we do not collectivize and unify we are destined for extinction.
This is an excellent expose' on race relations in America and what the future holds for our country in this critical area. Thoroughly researched and well documented, the author presents a solid and realistic case for the dangers of, and over simplification of, a society that thinks diversity and multi-culturalism are the answer to the problems of our country. It took a lot of courage for the author to point out the dangers of ever expanding immigration that tears down the fabric of America and continues to blame the white race for its problems. I applaud the message that America has been a magnet of success that attracts people of other cultures but there must be a limit to accommodating a myriad of cultures, particularly when many of the people of those cultures have no intention of assimilating into our country. A controversial topic that will evoke mixed responses, I am glad Mr. Taylor undertook this riveting topic. I hope everyone will approach the book with an open mind and realize this is a subject that had to be addressed head on. The author should be proud of this monumental and timely work.
This was truly and eye opening book for me. So much information that is given in this book is essentially not reported by the media and is considered politically incorrect to even mention. Essentially this books makes a few main points. Race is real, whites are a unique group of people with interests that they should be able to advocate for (just as all other groups should be able to), and diversity is not a strength. He makes a very strong case for them all. For many people, these ideas seem crazy because they have constantly been told they are wrong and anytime someone questions it they are berated as a racist bigot. If you think race isn't real, whites are not a unique group and that diversity is a strength I suggest you read this book and see if your worldview can really hold up to scrutiny. If you are someone who is on the fence about various issue regarding race and identity, this book will make things much more clear for you and I highly recommend it.
